We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping rates are:

$9.90 standard shipping

$14.50 express shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80.

Please email us within 30 days if you have any issues with your order or wish to request a return.

You may return an item if it is:

- faulty

- not fit for its intended purpose, or

- not as described or pictured on our website

Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund.

Please note: We do not offer refunds on treats or bone marrow chews, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
