Please email us within 30 days if you have any problems with your order or wish to return an item for a refund.

You can return an item if it is faulty, not fit for the intended purpose or is not as pictured on the website. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund.

We do not offer refunds for our Bone Marrow chews, Treats or Himalayan Dog Chews.
